All purchases are non-refundable unless a defect is present. Products purchased with a defect must be stated to a member of our team upon delivery, otherwise a refund or replacement is dependent on the discretion of Local Carpets. The buyer will be offered a full refund for all unfitted material, or a replacement to be delivered within seven days.
